Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to nurture relationships with a locally-aligned book of business, including Aetna Funding Advantage and small-to-mid sized groups. You will drive renewals, cross-sales and expansions while ensuring member satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with internal partners to present tailored solutions, monitor performance analytics, and support brokers with education and outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Multi-functional experience in account management, sales, and commercial roles.
• Experience making formal presentations.
• Active Health Insurance Resident State producer License.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong personal and collaborative relationships to manage a locally-aligned book of business to ensure renewals and retention.
• Delivers renewals, cross-sales, upsells and grows sales.
• Identify concerns for retention and review mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Discuss and present solutions with internal partners to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborates with account team members and support areas on complex product or service issues to meet client needs.
• Offers product and service solutions including benefit buy down strategies and Aetna plan features.
• Monitors client product lines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Broker support/outreach and education on Aetna differentiators and producer relationship development.
