• Current sophomore studying MIS/CIS or related program.

Responsibilities

• Learn Wellmark’s Agile approach while contributing to user stories and initiatives used by health care product teams.
• Assist with the review and update of business process and system configuration documentation for the population health management platform.
• Complete basic system configuration changes and maintain or enter data in the population health management platform.
• Review and analyze system error reports, then coordinate or complete corrective actions as needed.
• Organize and track the team’s regulatory and accreditation compliance activities.
• Perform routine tasks under direct supervision and established procedures.
• Apply foundational functional knowledge to create deliverables supporting departmental initiatives.
