This internship will start in May of 2027, working a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Des Moines.

• Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in communication, English, business administration, public health, healthcare management, or relatedbusiness program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various business areas
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent research, problem solving with the ability to develop proactive solutionsand presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or office experience
• Previous experience or interest in health insurance
• Practical experience using AI tools
