• Inventory and categorize Health Services Clinical Quality and Training resources
• Evaluate current SharePoint navigation and document organization
• Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability through metadata and tagging
• Explore practical Copilot use cases for finding, summarizing, and navigating resources
• Develop quick-reference guides and recommendations to support employee adoption
• Deliver a final set of recommendations and a sustainable content governance framework
