Qualifications

• Freshman or sophomore student in relevant programs such as Operations, Finance, Engineering, Business Insurance, Health Care Management or related fields.
• Excellent research skills and profound curiosity to dig deep for insights.
• Ability to measure and evaluate data.
• Strong collaboration, presentation and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to work with business areas.
• Ability to see tasks through to completion independently and in a team.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated project leadership skills with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Conduct side by sides with Operations teams to streamline processes.
• Work with Customer Service to analyze calls, provide feedback, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations teams on day-to-day activities.
• Engage in strategic planning and execution, and build compelling business cases.
