Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day experiences of collaboration and partnership with various leaders and teams; focus on small scale deliverables, building interpersonal relationships, exposure to cross divisional elements of the Wellmark organization
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create desk-level procedures and process/system documentation into user-friendly documentation
• Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting and data analysis
• Take lead on ad hoc research projects and share findings on online provider information
• Provide testing support by documenting traceability and findings to ensure accurate and timely outcomes
• Desire to strengthen business acumen in health care industry and self-driven team environment

• Mustbea currentsophomorestudentstudyingOperations, Finance, Engineering, Business Insurance, Health Care Management, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Business Analytics, or related programs.
• Excellent research skills and profound curiosity to dig deep to find insights.
• Strongcollaboration,presentationandorganizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with the business areas.
• Ability to see a taskthrough tocompletion independently and as a team member.
