Zusammenfassung

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Director of Health Services (LVN/LPN) to lead clinical health and wellness services across our community. The DHS will liaise with families, hospital personnel, physicians, and service agencies to deliver high-quality care and coordinate care plans with the ED and regional leadership.

The role requires RN/LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN, LPN, or LVN and must maintain license with CEU and renewal.
• CPR certification required.
• Background clearances, health screening, TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for resident assessments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak, write, read English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the clinical health and wellness services in the community.
• Coordinate care with families, hospitals, physicians and external agencies.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care for residents.
• Supervise Medication Technicians and clinical staff.
• Coordinate prescriptions with doctors and pharmacies; oversee storage and delivery of meds.
