Job summary

MBK Senior Living in La Mesa, CA seeks a Director of Health Services (DHS) licensed RN/LPN/LVN to oversee clinical health and wellness programs. You will coordinate physician orders, manage a clinical team, and develop care plans for residents, while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong collaboration with the Executive Director and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN, LPN, or LVN with active license and CEU renewal
• CPR certification required
• Background clearances and health screening, TB test within 6 months
• Proficient in scheduling, paperwork, and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical health and wellness services across the community
• Coordinate prescription orders with doctors and pharmacies
• Supervise Medication Technicians and conduct performance coaching
• Develop individualized care plans and communicate with families and ED
• Ensure compliance with state licensure and company policies
• Collaborate with ED and Directors to optimize resident care and safety
