Job summary

The DHS will coordinate with families, hospital staff, and physicians to provide high-quality care, supervise a clinical team, and develop individualized care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN, LPN, or LVN and must adhere to all requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities
