Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior health programme leader to manage a portfolio of health contracts, ensuring performance, quality, compliance and financial targets are met. You will build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners and partners while embedding quality processes across the service.

You will lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, oversee clinical governance and audits, and support continuous service improvement in line with SLAs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field of Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
• Demonstrable management, leadership and mentoring within a similar role/environment.
• Experience of working effectively with a range of stakeholders, with a confident ability to build successful relationships.
• Evidence of effective delivery of programmes in line with contractual requirements and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts.
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded and met.
• Recruiting and developing teams to ensure embedded within Maximus and drive quality standards.
• Clinical Governance / Audit to ensure standards and evaluation.
