Job summary

MAXIMUS is recruiting for a senior role to manage health contracts, delivering performance, quality and compliance. You will build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners and partners, guiding strategy and ensuring referrals align with criteria.

You will lead teams, drive training, and monitor financial and service performance. The role requires experience in health promotion/public health and a track record of delivering service improvements within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in health or social care post.
• Proven management, leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across health contracts.
• Create and establish strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and partners.
• Embed Quality/Process and Procedures; test, implement and review policies and systems.
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams, provide training and supervision.
• Oversee Clinical Governance and audit activities to meet standards.
