Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Health Programme Manager to oversee performance and quality across a portfolio of health contracts in the UK. You will lead delivery against KPIs, build relationships with commissioners and partners, and ensure governance and continuous improvement across teams.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, programme development, and financial oversight, with a focus on achieving service outcomes and compliance within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a health-related field.
• 3+ years in health or social care post.
• Experience delivering programmes to meet contractual requirements and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across contracts.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure quality processes and procedures are embedded and followed.
• Recruit and develop teams, maintain PDPs and ensure appraisals.
• Clinical governance / audit to ensure standards and continuous improvement.
