Job summary

This role coordinates office operations, schedules meetings, handles travel reimbursements, and protects confidential patient and staff information in a corrections setting.

Duties include preparing nursing schedules, arranging coverage, processing clearances, and assisting supervisors with routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience.
• Demonstration of core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Independently prioritize and coordinate office operations and work assignments.
• Provide administrative services and general assistance to facilitate the RN4 and Health Services managers.
• Maintain supervisor calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Prepare nursing schedules, coverage, and overtime processes.
• Coordinate clearances and access for nursing staff and maintain confidentiality.
