NHS is seeking an Access to Information Assistant - Band 2 to update and maintain the department's case management system for access to records. You will handle enquiries with staff, patients and others, verbally, electronically and in writing with tact and diplomacy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and statutory obligations.

• Working knowledge of standard administrative office processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of GDPR 2018, Access to Health Records.
