Job summary

UnidosUS seeks a Program Coordinator, Health to support coordination of partnerships between UnidosUS and its Affiliate and partner sites in Health efforts including programmatic implementation and dissemination. The role leads administration and program coordination within the Health Programs team.

Location is hybrid based in Washington, DC; onsite two days per week. This is a full-time temporary non-exempt position through September 30, 2027, offering opportunities to support grant-related

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, coordination, or program support role in nonprofit, health, or related field.
• Experience coordinating logistics for meetings or events (virtual and/or in-person).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience with diverse communities and occasional travel (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual grant-related events and meetings.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across initiatives, including scheduling and documents management.
• Draft and manage grant-related documents and coordinate with grantees and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records across SharePoint, Quickbase, Monday.com, and other databases.
• Support program implementation with data collection, curriculum development, and evaluation processes.
