Job summary

Healthier Generation is seeking a mission-driven professional to build strategic relationships and expand whole child health initiatives nationwide. The role emphasizes equity, collaboration with schools and partners, and capacity-building across districts.

You will work remotely with national scope, supporting program implementation, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement while advancing Healthier Generation’s culture and philanthropic goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in schools, public health, out-of-school time, or other youth environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of public health systems, school health, or community-based programming preferred; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to increase awareness and engagement with Healthier Generation initiatives.
• Coordinate coaching, technical assistance, and capacity-building for partners on HG tools and best practices.
• Support regional/national strategy and assist in developing concepts and proposals as needed.
• Write and promote success stories, exemplars, and lessons learned to show program impact.
