Job summary

The State of Maryland's Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Administration, Salisbury, MD, seeks a CCS Coordinator to support CCS agencies and services. You will analyze data and help ensure timely PCP completion and KPI reporting, contributing to special projects as needed.

You will engage in face-to-face discussions with CCS agencies, deliver technical assistance, and support data-driven decisions for the State.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Two years coordinating health-related programs or referring people to resources.
• Substitutions: 30 college credits or military service acceptable for required experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CCS agencies and services to ensure proper delivery of care.
• Use data reports to ensure timely processing and delivery for the State of Maryland.
• Contribute to KPI reviews, CCS billing reviews, and Plans of Corrections as assigned by the Director of Community Programs.
• Provide technical assistance as needed and discuss difficult cases face-to-face with CCSs.
