Job summary

The State of Maryland, MDH - Developmental Disabilities Administration in Salisbury, is seeking a CCS Coordinator to support CCS agencies and ensure timely data processing and delivery for the State.

The role includes direct engagement with CCSs, analyzing data reports, monitoring service delivery and PCP completion, and contributing to short-term projects such as KPI reviews and Plans of Corrections under the Director of Community Programs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Two years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
• Notes: 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience.
• Notes: U.S. Armed Forces health care administration or Civil Affairs Officer experience may substitute for experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CCS agencies and related services for the CCS Squad.
• Utilize data reports to ensure timely processing and delivery for the State of Maryland.
• Monitor service delivery and PCP completion with financial implications for the State.
• Provide face-to-face technical assistance to CCSs and discuss difficult cases as needed.
• Support short-term special projects such as KPI reviews and Plans of Corrections as identified by the Director of Community Programs.
