This position works within the DDA CCS Squad in duties as they apply to CCS agencies and corresponding services. Additionally, this position utilizes data reports to ensure that all information is processed and delivered in a timely fashion for the State of Maryland. This position will include financial implications for the welfare of the State of Maryland through the Community Pathways Waiver, monitoring service delivery, and timely completion of PCPs. This position includes face‑to‑face work with CCS’s to discuss difficult cases, track work performance, and provide technical assistance as needed. This position will also be used for short‑term special projects for the Developmental Disabilities Administration such as KPI, CCS billing reviews and/or Plans of Corrections and other duties as identified by the Director of Community Programs.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Two years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
