HDR seeks a Health Planner II to contribute to design and delivery of health-focused spaces across communities. You will plan, design, coordinate and document projects, applying knowledge of codes and materials to advance well-being.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Architecture and 3+ years in A/E with healthcare experience; travel and local candidate preference are noted. HDR offers a comprehensive benefits package and an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in A/E industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of design techniques and production tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects.
• Engage in problem solving and visualization to create accurate drawings.
• Prepare drawings and specification documents.
• Research and design building projects applying codes and materials knowledge.
• Assist lead Health Planner in presentations and coordination of disciplines.
