Job summary

HDR is seeking a Health Planner II to support planning, design, and coordination on healthcare projects across multiple locations in the United States. You will prepare drawings, specifications, and narratives, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant and sustainable health facilities.

The role requires knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and materials, plus the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in A/E industry
• Healthcare architecture experience preferred, with 3+ years as health planner
• Strong production of drawings and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects
• Assist lead Health Planner with presentations and diagrams
• Coordinate disciplines related to building design and health planning
• Research, plan, design and administer building projects per codes and materials
• Understand healthcare trends and apply them to projects
