Abby Care in San Francisco is seeking a Health Plan Strategy Lead to architect growth through payor-facing programs, state-market entry, and new care models. This role reports to the Head of Health Plan Strategy and requires turning ambiguity into executable plans across multiple states.

You will own market research, regulatory mapping, and economic modeling, collaborating with Legal, Clinical, and Ops to deliver scalable programs and effective market-entry strategies.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with a focus on payor strategy or healthcare program design.
• Strong understanding of payor landscapes, Medicaid/state regulations, and care-model economics.
• Proven ability to design programs from scratch with regulatory and stakeholder considerations.
• Structured thinker with experience documenting and handing off execution-ready plans.

• Define design parameters, value propositions, and pilot architecture for home-health payor initiatives.
• Model program economics, set KPIs, and define ROI for health plans.
• Conduct deep market and regulatory research to guide strategy and rollout.
