Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Health Plan Liaison to bridge PCP offices with health plan partners. The role coordinates inquiries, onboarding, and Joint Operations Committee activities, ensuring smooth operations and policy clarity across teams.

The candidate will manage ticketing, document resources, and support Annual Enrollment Period tasks while building strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment; experience with health plans, managed care, Medicare Advantage, or provider relations preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced healthcare operational setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Better Health Group, PCP offices, and health plan partners.
• Manage intake and resolution of health plan inquiries using the internal ticketing system.
• Coordinate Health Plan Joint Operations Committee meetings and maintain action items and agendas.
• Develop and update Health Plan Resource documents and quick reference guides for internal teams and PCP offices.
• Support onboarding, Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), and related health plan processes.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
