Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience navigating CMS regulations and plan processes.
• Ability to contract providers and essential vendors in service areas.
• Strong communication skills to educate providers and members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members per Plan processes.
• Visit assigned members at least monthly.
• Ensure credentialing requirements are met for service lines.
• Educate providers on Plan functions and roles.
• Develop relationships with network providers and nursing home staff.
• Conduct provider education presentations and CMS updates.
• Monitor and support provider relationships to ensure network coverage.
• Sponsor or assist group activities at regional nursing facilities.
