Job summary

Color is seeking a Health Plan Partnerships Manager to scale revenue through health plan, PBM, and TPA partnerships. You will own day-to-day partner operations and drive pipeline alongside the sales team, with high visibility to leadership.

You'll collaborate with a Director to set milestones, manage partner events, and ensure accurate Salesforce data. The role requires travel 2–3x per quarter and a proven ability to build durable cross‑functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital health or healthcare consulting.
• Track record in channel or partner-based selling to drive pipeline.
• Strong collaboration with external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner AE engagement strategies and enablement to grow the ASO segment.
• Own partner operations rhythm, dashboards, and milestone tracking with the director.
