Color Health is seeking an experienced health plan sales leader to drive growth on the Commercial Team. You’ll source, develop, and close large, complex deals with health plans, PBMs, and TPAs across the US.

You’ll collaborate with legal on contracts and with RevOps to forecast pipeline and YoY growth. A strong network in health plans and a passion for startup agility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of US health insurers and healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health plan, PBM, and TPA clients.
• Independently move deals from initial conversation to close.
• Collaborate on contract negotiation and signature.
• Forecasting and YoY pipeline growth with RevOps.
• Manage RFIs/RFPs in your territory from start to finish.
• Work with Partnerships to secure revenue through ASO and fully-insured book.
