Job summary

CVS Health in Phoenix is seeking an Implementation Specialist for plan sponsor projects. You will collaborate with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather requirements and develop execution plans, guiding internal departments to deliver successful onboarding.

You’ll mentor the implementation team, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery. Required: 1–3 years in health insurance implementation and project coordination, with strong Excel/Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
