Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of health insurance implementation experience.
• 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
