Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OneNote, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with the team.
• Assist in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Address inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team and guide the onboarding process.
• Foster relationships with clients and serve as a primary contact during implementation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
