Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1–3 years in project management or coordination.
• Proficient with Excel, OneNote, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with the implementation team.
• Assist in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute projects.
• Address inquiries from plan sponsor liaison and guide onboarding.
• Foster client relationships as primary contact during implementation.
• Deliver leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
