Two Chairs is hiring a Client Solutions Director to guide health plan implementations and partner solutioning within our Growth organization. The role drives end-to-end onboarding, governance, and post-launch optimization across large enterprise partners.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, negotiate with payer executives, and build scalable playbooks to accelerate future implementations. A strong healthcare ops background and strategic problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep health plan and healthcare operations knowledge.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Health Plan Implementation & Partner Solutioning: lead end-to-end implementation for large health plan partners from contract to go-live.
• Scalable Process Building & Playbook Development: build reusable playbooks, SOPs, and toolkits to improve implementations.
• Post-launch optimization: monitor health metrics and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Cross-payer initiative support: contribute to organization-wide projects as needed.
• Audit & standardize playbooks: assess workflows and establish standardized project structures.
