Job summary

Pyx Health seeks a seasoned Client Management Executive to serve as the primary relationship manager for our largest national health plan accounts, leading platform implementations and sharing data-driven insights to demonstrate value of our loneliness solution.

You will collaborate with senior health plan leaders to drive adoption, guide analytics discussions, and craft compelling narratives from data, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and traveling up to 20% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8–10 years in consulting, client management, or project management.
• Experience presenting to groups or facilitating training sessions.
• Experience in healthcare setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationship with health plans from onboarding to implementation and training.
• Coordinate data, regulatory, and care management workstreams with client and Pyx teams.
• Lead Go Live of Pyx Health platform with implementation support.
• Develop monthly check-ins and semi-annual data reviews; share client success stories.
• Deliver data-driven narratives and recommendations to senior executives.
