Qualifications

• 3+ years of Health Plan experience in client success, sales operations, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, adaptable, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of client operations and engagement, acting as advocate for health plan clients.
• Coordinate and drive meetings that connect us to client needs and goals.
• Facilitate discussions, ensuring every voice is heard and every solution is considered.
• Document actionable steps and share insights to move us forward.
• Analyze and organize client change requests for seamless execution.
• Be the trusted first point of contact, cultivating relationships with client leaders.
• Demonstrate expertise in client operations including contracts, systems, and performance guarantees.
• Champion services and value proposition, communicating impact to clients and communities.
• Develop and present client-facing materials highlighting operational excellence.
• Ensure high-quality client-specific reporting with clarity and insights.
• Take decisive action to protect and advance client interests.
