Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Client Success role to serve as the main operational contact for clients and stakeholders, driving results and problem resolution. You will lead a matrix of roles to align client success strategy with projects and resources.

You will partner with senior leaders to maintain visibility of client priorities, manage prioritization, and ensure delivery of program milestones across reporting, data ingestion, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of healthcare account operation experience managing complex programs with high executive visibility.
• 2–4 years planning, resourcing, and executing client-visible projects crossing product, technical and delivery teams.
• 1+ years of experience tying operational solutions to client or process problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior account management leaders and enterprise client leadership to maintain visibility for client priorities.
• Have critical conversations with clients about timing and expectations for problem resolution and what requests we cannot meet.
• Break ties for prioritization to maintain client satisfaction and communicate priorities to internal teams and clients.
• Lead program implementations across member outreach, data ingestion, reporting, and network activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Reconcile client deliverables to meet or exceed SOW requirements.
• Understand and document client requirements for program success.
• Oversee client meeting documentation and action items in support of Client Success Executives.
• Oversee client direct mail and email campaigns.
• Monitor success and manage ad-hoc reporting projects.
