This position provides a unique opportunity for a quality health law attorney capable of autonomously handling full responsibility for direct handling of client matters involving transactional, corporate, contract, employment, and compliance work in a health law context, typically for medical practices, physicians, med spas, and other healthcare-related businesses.

The role may involve, for example, corporate practice of medicine issues, management services agreements, and other healthcare transaction issues.

The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship, be a self-starter, highly motivated, possess relevant health law experience, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Above all, they should be capable of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Requirements include a Georgia law license. Salary is negotiable.
