Levin Law, P.A. is Hiring a New Employment Class-Action and Arbitration Litigator. Fully Remote with in person option.

Come join our growing plaintiffs' shop! Our firm is expanding into employment work and is hiring new team members to lead that effort, as well as to assist in firm's existing caseload. If you are smart, hard-working, and a good human being, you will thrive with us. The ideal candidate will meet most of the below requirements, but more than anything we are seeking a decent person looking to work on interesting matters in a positive, results-oriented environment. If hired, you will immediately receive real class action and arbitration experience handling hearings, taking depositions, drafting complaints and briefs, attending mediations, settling cases, and trying employment, data privacy, and cryptocurrency arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Employment litigation and arbitration experience required
• Federal-court litigation experience required
• Class action experience preferred
• Data privacy and cybersecurity litigation experience preferred
• AAA or JAMS forum experience preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• Big Law experience, a federal clerkship, or government experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Actively litigate federal-court employment, data privacy, and consumer protection class actions
• Handle all aspects of employment and consumer arbitrations from inception to conclusion
• Run your own cases
• Handle federal court and consumer arbitration hearings, depositions, and mediations
