Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Support Engineer I to investigate front-end and backend workflows, capture logs, apply fixes, and test solutions across client environments. You will document resolutions, create knowledge articles, and coordinate with global teams while balancing severity and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Academic qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate front-end applications, capture information, apply fix tools, shadow end users and test workflows.
• Capture log files, query tables, update database fields, and cycle servers as part of investigations.
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal collaborators, balancing client and business needs.
• Provide on-call support outside standard business hours as needed.
