Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact for population health and HIT initiatives.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide Health IT information.
• Create and execute key account plans to navigate customer landscape and initiatives.
• Serve as technical and workflow SME to the Novartis Account Management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HIT implementation and governance.
• Contribute to scalable, EHR-enabled tools related to therapeutic areas.
• Model and promote effective AI use across the team and workflows.
