Novartis seeks an Associate Director, Health Information Technology to partner with health systems and providers, accelerating adoption of HIT solutions across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will guide EHR-enabled workflows, lead strategic initiatives, and drive care optimization across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of HIT experience in healthcare systems and EHRs.
• Experience applying HIT across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Hands-on experience with EHR products including Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks and Cerner.
• Understanding of the HIT landscape and healthcare reform impacts.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience with a customer-service mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across peers and teams.
• Strong data literacy with responsible AI mindset and workflow integration.

Responsabilités

• Define and identify key clinical and customer stakeholders and participate in HIT engagements.
• Act as trusted contact for population health and HIT initiatives.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to share HIT information.
• Create and execute key account plans and navigate customer landscape.
• Serve as SME to Novartis Account Management team on HIT and care initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for identified accounts and insights.
• Contribute to development of scalable, EHR-enabled tools and resources.
• Model and promote AI use across the team and embed AI into workflows.
