Novartis Group of Companies seeks an Associate Director, Health Information Technology to guide health systems and providers in adopting HIT solutions across Cardiology, Renal and Metabolic, Oncology, Immunology, and Neurosciences.

Based in Texas with remote work option and up to 50% travel, the role combines strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on EHR/IT leadership to improve patient care and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Information Technology (HIT) or related healthcare field.
Experience applying HIT in inpatient and ambulatory settings, with integration of clinical systems across the care continuum.
Hands-on experience with EHR products such as Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner.
Strong understanding of HIT landscape, healthcare reform implications, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

Define and identify key clinical and customer stakeholders and participate in HIT engagements at the site of care.
Act as a trusted contact for population health/HIT initiatives.
Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide HIT information.
Create and execute key account plans to navigate the customer landscape and initiatives.
Serve as SME to the broader account management team on care management, quality, and HIT governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HIT implementation and governance.
