Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management preferred with relevant credentials.
• Experience with HIPAA, TJC standards and health information laws.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and medical record processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle Release of Information duties in accordance with policy.
• Process scanning and outside imaging tasks for medical records.
• Analyze medical records for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
