City of Hope is seeking a Health Information Management Representative to support daily HIM operations. The role focuses on Release of Information, scanning outside imaging, and detailed analysis of the medical record to ensure accuracy and accessibility across departments.
Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of medical records experience, familiarity with HIPAA and TJC standards, and strong organizational skills.

***Shift: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM*** Contributes to the daily operations of Health Information Management to assure accessibility, accountability, and accuracy with responsibilities including Release of Information, Scanning/Outside Imaging, and Analysis of the medical record. Requires 2-3 years of professional experience with medical records and familiarity in working with diverse facets of Health Information Management. Familiar with federal and state laws and regulations concerning medical records, including HIPAA and TJC standards. Ability to work effectively with other departments, physicians, and all ancillary staff. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to maintain the integrity of our medical record.
