Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic health records by analyzing medical records for completeness.
• Identify deficiencies and notify providers to complete records.
• Ensure accurate filing and chart order; maintain and retrieve medical records and reports.
• Create and route chart folders for new patients; collect current discharges and old charts.
• Coordinate with physicians on incomplete charts as needed.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
