Responsibilities

• Scan and index incoming medical records into the EHR with accuracy.
• Verify patient identifiers and document types; ensure correct routing of documents.
• Process release of information requests within established timeframes.
• Assist with record completion, audits, and data integrity activities.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve document routing and access issues.
