Qualifications

• A transcript must be submitted with your application if you are basing all or part of your qualifications on education.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, preserves, and secures records for direct and indirect patient care.
• Handles receipt, indexing, and scanning of health documents in CPRS and ensures timely processing.
• Tracks records charged-out in the Records Tracking System and assists with CHR creation/retirement.
