Qualifications

• CPRS templates or scanning software are used to convert records to electronic health records.
• Maintain confidentiality of electronic records and paper components.

Responsibilities

• Scan and index health information documents ensuring correct patient association in CPRS.
• Perform quality control on scanned images and ensure integrity of records.
• Notify supervisor of misindexed or corrupted images and handle transfers/destruction per policy.
