Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead and develop the HIS team across multiple Arkansas locations, ensuring timely processing of medical records and responsive support to patients, insurers, and attorneys.

You will balance on-site leadership with remote coaching, drive process improvements, manage escalations from centralized call centers, and partner with client management to meet fluctuating needs while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• Able to present to leadership, clients and teams via video or in person.
• Detail- and quality-oriented for accurate, compliant medical records.
• Proficient with Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team processing medical records and handling calls.
• Train and develop staff across multiple sites.
• Ensure processes comply with guidelines and drive productivity.
• Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues.
