Responsibilities

• Liaises between clinical and DTS to ensure nursing and clinical practices align with technology solutions.
• Analyzes clinical and non-clinical workflows to determine applicability to nursing practice and operations.
• Leads unit level core and sub-teams for operational and implementation work.
• Performs testing, training, and adoption activities for new systems.
• Develops change-management plans and governance communications.
• Documents workflows and assists with gap analyses to mitigate risks.
