You will lead data-driven improvements, design reports, and support the implementation of decision-making tools while engaging in change management and continuous learning within a large health system.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years business analyst and/or health informaticist supporting EPIC applications experience in Inpatient and Ambulatory.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating workflow sessions, identifying root cause, support action plan for execution (PDSA, Waterfall, Agile).

• Provide clinical and information systems support to patient care and operational areas.
• Analyze performance and utilization of alerts, order sets, and patient outcomes to drive improvements.
• Lead/co-lead informatics projects and change management activities under guidance.
