Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle, WA seeks a Clinical Informatics Manager to lead a team of informatics professionals and partner with clinicians, operations, and leadership to optimize Epic workflows and care delivery.

The role requires proven leadership in health IT, strong change management skills, and a track record of improving clinician efficiency and patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position with a mission-driven culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading or supervising Clinical Informatics, Nursing Informatics, Clinical Applications, or Health IT teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows: scheduling, registration, clinical documentation, orders/referrals, care coordination, revenue cycle/billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Informatics professionals.
• Drive Epic optimization initiatives improving clinician efficiency, patient care, quality outcomes, and user satisfaction.
• Establish high standards for customer service, accountability, troubleshooting, and operational ownership.
• Partner with providers and leaders to identify workflow improvements and implement technology solutions.
• Oversee clinical rounding, user engagement, training, system enhancements, and change management.
• Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and end-user advocacy.
